When I first visited Hydes Herbal Practice which was recommended to me by my friend, I met Ruth Austin. At that time I was in a lot of physical and emotional pain. I never knew what it was like to live each day without pains. My body
was always tensed, my stomach was always painful which kept me awake, hence I was always tired and stressed, I could not remember how to enjoy my everyday life. After visiting Hydes Clinic and talking to Ruth, whom I must say in
my opinion is more than a Herbalist but also a counsellor. She prescribed medicine which I took on a daily basis for various complaints including my ear infection. Ruth talked me through my emotional problems and helped me to look
